All orders will be shipped will be shipped within one week from Spain through our national post system, Correos.
Once a package is deposited in the post office, I can't change its address and/or redirect it. Please make sure to select the correct information during checkout, or notify me with the updated details before the order is shipped.
All orders, except for sticker orders, come with a tracking number and insurance.
Packages tend to arrive...
I am not responsible for any delays that might happen due to outside circumstances (climate problems, delays due to holidays and so on) or due to the package being stuck in customs, so please order with enough time to spare if you are shopping for a time-sensitive gift.
I will only accept returns if the merchandise is shipped back to me in a re-sellable state (unused and in perfect condition) upon arrival. I will not cover the cost of return in any case. The refund will be sent as soon as the item reaches me back.
I will accept cancellations for orders that haven't been shipped yet.
