All orders will be shipped within one week from Spain through our national post system, Correos.
This shop is run by a single person, so please understand that shipment times may vary slightly. You will be contacted in the case of any major delays.
Orders do not have a tracking number by default. Please purchase tracking if you wish to receive a tracking number for your order.
Because of how BigCartel is set up, orders containing multiple types of products may charge more than one type of shipping. Despite this, I will try to combine products in the least amount of envelopes possible while trying to keep the products safe during transit. In case BigCartel miscalculated the shipment costs, I will contact the buyer and offer a refund for the excess.
Please understand that shipping costs don't only cover the sending costs, but also packaging costs that include envelopes and more.
Items marked as "preorders" are not currently in stock, but will be manufactured and made available in the future. If an order contains a product that is in stock and another that is up for preorder, they will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives.
If you would like to buy a preorder item, please keep into account that it will take 1-2 months to be produced before being shipped.
Preorder periods will be announced in the shop website.
Once a package is deposited in the post office, I can't change its address and/or redirect it. Please make sure to select the correct information during checkout, or notify me with the updated details before the order is shipped.
I will not take responsibility for any problems during delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer - this includes refunds, or re-sending the item to a new address.
Packages tend to arrive...
I am not responsible for any delays that might happen due to outside circumstances (climate problems, delays due to holidays and so on) or due to the package being stuck in customs, so please order with enough time to spare if you are shopping for a time-sensitive gift.
If you don't purchase tracking for your order, I will not be responsible for any possible losses or damages, as only orders with a tracking number let me open a claim with Correos. Ordinary shipping
I will only accept returns if the merchandise is shipped back to me in a re-sellable state (unused and in perfect condition) upon arrival. I will not cover the cost of return in any case. The refund will be sent as soon as the item reaches me back.
I will accept cancellations only for orders that haven't been shipped yet.
